We are looking for a Center Director to run the whole show. You will manage both the operation and education aspects of The House. Through the leadership team, the Center Director will build and maintain an exciting, positive environment for all stake holders - students, families, and employees - maintaining the environment, culture and level of professionalism expected in by Chicago Academic.  

You will serve as the ambassador to the local community, focusing on enrolling students by showing the world what an amazing place The House - Glencoe is and what unbelievably funky and brilliant tutors we have.

You will manage tutors, monitor student progress, inform parents, and train your our test prep tutors. The Test Prep Director will be the liaison between our test prep tutors and the Tutoring Director. You will collaborate with the Tutoring Director to best match students with tutors. Through your matching of tutors, monitoring of students and training new staff, you are the key to making sure our students significantly improve their scores.
